Mr. Milkman, 2015–2021. Started in my final year of engineering. Began as D2C milk delivery. Raised $150k from the founders of All Out — the only money we ever took. In 2016, walked away from a $1M round. The unit economics didn't work.

While shutting down, reconciling ledgers, a client asked if the software was Zoho. India's largest dairies ran on Excel. Spent the last $10k turning the delivery tool into a B2B SaaS for dairies. It became the largest SaaS provider to dairies in India. Profitable. Founders held ~90% at exit.

Negotiated the acquisition single-handedly: ~6 months of talks, ~1.5 years of diligence. Acquired by Dairy.com / Ever.Ag, a US-based PE-backed company. Stayed ~2 years post-acquisition as President, S.E.A. — India P&L, 20 developers. Milk sales grew $100k/week to $1M/week.

Rezio, 2024–2026. AI real estate manager. Built in Dubai, during Antler's residency. Raised $250k angel. Put in $250k of my own. No longer operating.

Duebility, 2026–. An AI agent that reads a contract, turns it into tracked obligations, chases them over email and WhatsApp, captures proof, and compounds the record into a two-sided, consent-based Trust Report. A credit score, but built on obligations of every kind. First vertical: rentals. Solo. Writing all the code myself.
